Throughout 2020, How Women Lead is hosting activities, trainings, and intimate gatherings, and share board opportunities, culminating in a year-end celebration highlighting progress in the Bay Area and nationally. We encourage you to join in early and help build momentum for this movement with your support!
How Women Lead is proud to lead the Bay Area efforts for the fourth year in a row to support 2020 Women on Boards, a national effort to increase the percentage of women on U.S. company boards to 20% or greater by 2020.

In November 2018, over 500 CEOs, board directors, venture capitalists, and more gathered together in San Francisco to push for increasing the number and impact of women on corporate boards. 27 cities across the US did the same.
See the 2018 National Report for juicy data on how we moved the needle together. In 2019, we will continue to take action what we agreed we want to do together: 1) connect more board director prospects; 2) train more people on how to get on their first board; and 3) act together to push companies and industries to do better.
