This session will help current and former federal government leaders learn how to translate their executive experience into a board position.  In the first panel, Renee Wynn and Janice Haith will discuss FOCI boards, an opportunity uniquely suited to former federal leaders. In the second panel, Essye Miller and Ann Dunkin will discuss the skills that make federal leaders attractive to boards.  Nichole Ash will moderate both panels. After the panels there will be breakout groups for further discussion.
