We’ll start with a 20-minute, moderator-led discussion that will focus on pathways to get to a board seat and what creates credibility once you are there. Our panel will share what made them credible to a board and how they stretched beyond HR, and the particular things HR leaders get wrong about this transition. We will then move into two breakout sessions where you can discuss how to translate an HR initiative into business outcomes (revenue, cost, risk, speed), or discuss a situation where people issues created or destroyed value in an acquisition/integration.
