This interactive working session explores how private equity firms design boards around their investment strategy and how they repeatedly place specific operator profiles across portfolio companies.
Participants will learn how to research firms using tools such as Preqin, PE Hub, firm portfolio pages, and fund press releases to decode patterns in board composition and leadership selection. Through guided analysis and breakout sessions, attendees will assess sponsor alignment and refine their positioning to align with firm priorities and value-creation models.
