Successful leaders are deliberate about who sits around their table. In this hands-on session, you'll learn how to create your own AI-powered board of advisors who can answer questions and give advice on the many aspects of your goal of securing a board seat, or serving well once you're in one.
Come to the session with 3 advisors in mind that you'd like in your corner — perhaps a current board member, a financial advisor, an expert in your industry, or a CEO you admire. Dead or alive, well-known or someone you've simply crossed paths with — who would you appoint? We’ll start working with your advisory board together during the session. You’ll get guided prompts that show you how to define each board member's role, perspective, and the kind of tough questions they'd ask you.
Once you build a full board, it becomes a standing resource for your board journey — yours to keep using long after the session, pressure-testing your board bio or sharpening your answers to the hard questions a Nom/Gov chair might ask.
You'll leave with the framework to keep building on your own and update your board.
