GetOnBoard Week may be ending, but your next step begins here. This practical closing session will help you turn the week’s insights and connections into a focused plan. We will revisit key lessons, hear reflections from experienced directors, and explore the pathways available to women pursuing or already serving in board roles.

Using a 90-day action plan, you will identify your current stage and choose specific next steps, such as refining your board materials, strengthening governance fluency, requesting introductions, preparing for interviews, or expanding your director network.

You will leave with a clearer pathway, a 48-hour commitment, and relevant How Women Lead programs and communities to help you sustain the momentum.
