According to McKinsey, women in senior roles, working mothers, and women of color are most at risk.
Companies are going to be in a crisis of talent; hard won equity and progress for women will be stalled. Companies are losing critical insight as they navigate unprecedented challenges. What is working? What adjustments and supports can companies make? What can we do?
